Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None


AR Review:

- Bob review column E naming style issues.
  - Done

- Mike write IBISCHK BUG for TESTLOAD_ERR_34 Driver/Receiver problem.
  - Done


IBISCHK6 release:

- Bob: it is ready now.
  - We should test a few platforms.
  - Maybe SUSE?
- Michael M: How about Ubuntu?
- Mike: That is easy using Unetbootin.

- Bob: We also need to close out the bugs.
- Michael M: We can announce it before Friday.
- Bob: We should have a link to it.
- Mike L: I can put a NEW banner on the IBIS home page.

- Bob: We should contact previous source code purchasers.
  - Does U. Illinois get an educational discount?
- Michael M: We will see.
- We discussed various traditional purchasers.
- Bob: Some have license processes that take time.

AR: Michael M. announce new IBISCHK6 executables.

- Michael M: Some users expect an installer executable.
- Mike L: It might be easy to make one for Windows.

- Michael M: We should do some code cleanup, at least how it's organized.
  - We don't have a good description of that.
- Mike L: We could list the files as they are now and show what it should be.

- Michael M showed the file organization.
- Michael M: The many README files should be moved into a folder.
  - The one README should describe everything provided.
  - Some extraneous .ibs and .xls files should be moved into a folder.
  - No other changes are needed.
  - We could do this when we make the first bug fix.


IBISCHK Document:

- Bob: The MsgCodes should not be italic.
- Mike L: MsgCode should be just Code.
- Bob: We could divide into groups of 500 instead 1000.
  - We also need to describe the elements of the table.

AR: Mike send updated message doc to Bob

- Mike L: We should use the Mark Westerhoff script to see what is new in the IBISCHK6 source.
